Go Mix Max Trading Ltd is a developing logistics and fulfilment firm situated in West Bromwich, Birmingham. The company provides warehouse, fulfilment, and distribution services to e-commerce businesses and international trade clients throughout the UK.
We are seeking an experienced and well-organised Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team and help with the daily running of our warehouse and office operations.
Major Responsibilities- Handling client queries and operational support
- Process orders and keep proper records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Prepare monthly bills and help reconcile customer accounts
- Maintain customer billing records and resolve queries on accounts
- Track employee hours worked and attendance information
- Work closely with warehouse team for seamless operations on a day to day basis
- Produce reports and preserve operational records
- General office assistance and administrative tasks
- Legal entitlement to work in the UK
- Mandarin Chinese (native or fluent, necessary)
- Spoken English
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- An eye for detail and good organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Previous expertise in shipping, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, customer service or office administration is a plus
- Permanent Full-Time Position
