What You’re Going to Do

Using the newest paint techniques and technology, you will be in charge of prepping, refinishing, and repairing car surfaces to manufacturer-level standards. The tasks consist of:

  • Sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning are steps to prepare car panels and surfaces.
  • Utilising manufacturer systems, mix and match paints (Spies Hecker, Sikkens, Standox, Glasurit, etc.).
  • Utilising HVLP and compatible spray guns, apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat.
  • Paint finishes are baked and cured under regulated settings.
  • For perfect shine and texture, polish, de-nib, and finish painted surfaces.
  • To restore look, make small cosmetic repairs (chips, scratches, bumper scuffs).
  • Keep paint supplies in good condition and make sure they are handled and stored securely.
  • Observe all environmental, health, and safety regulations in the paint shop.
  • To guarantee an effective repair flow, cooperate with panel beaters, estimators, and workshop controllers.

What We’re Seeking

You’re a skilled body repair specialist who values excellent craftsmanship. You possess:

  • Proven expertise in cosmetic repair, refinishing, or car painting (premium brand experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of paint systems, colour matching, and surface preparation processes
  • Capacity to complete refinishing tasks in accordance with insurer and manufacturer quality criteria
  • Outstanding attention to detail, guaranteeing that each finish satisfies high requirements
  • Self-assurance with spray booths, mixing equipment, and contemporary refinishing supplies
  • A proactive, trustworthy work attitude that allows one to operate both independently and together with a talented bodyshop team
  • Possession of a skilled worker visa or the ability to work in the United Kingdom
