We are looking for a highly qualified Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The selected applicant will evaluate complicated business processes, implement data‑driven solutions, and support project‑management activities. This role provides the opportunity to use a comprehensive set of analytical tools and approaches to support strategic decision‑making and improve organisational performance. The Business Analyst will work directly with stakeholders across departments to provide creative insights and contribute toward the adoption of technology solutions.
Knowledge in data analysis, database design, and project management is important, as well as experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, and SQL.
Duties- Analyse business requirements and convert them into technical specifications using Visio and SDLC techniques.
- Create reports and visualisations with Tableau, Power BI, and other data‑analysis tools to aid decision‑making processes.
- Design and optimise database structures in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server and use VBA or Bash scripting for automation activities.
- Analyse massive datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights using R, Python, and SQL.
- Support project‑management operations such as planning, tracking, and timely delivery of deliverables.
- Design databases with IT teams that satisfy business requirements and comply with data‑integrity and security standards.
- Provide extensive analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives and enable the development of business cases.
- Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure best practices are followed during project execution.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and expectations.
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst or comparable role in a data‑driven setting.
- Expert level experience in Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, SQL (Oracle & Microsoft SQL Server), VBA, Bash, Visio, and database design principles.
- Working grasp of SDLC methodology and project‑management principles.
- Strong analytical skills capable of comprehending complex data sets.
- Experience with business analysis including process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Understanding of data visualisation strategies and tools to report and present insights clearly.
- Good organisational abilities with capacity to prioritise work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information confidently to both technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders.
