About the Role:
The visual identity and usability of digital goods across our music production, education, and content platforms will be shaped by you as our in-house UI/UX Designer. Your job will be to ensure that every user experience—from online apps to branded digital campaigns—is simple, eye-catching, and intensely captivating.
Principal Duties:
- Create prototypes, mockups, and wireframes with programs like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Work together with the business team, developers, and content producers to make ideas a reality.
- Perform usability testing, user research, and feedback collection for iterative enhancement.
- Make interaction flows, style guides, and user interface elements that represent your brand.
- Develop digital goods for clients as well as internal platforms.
Requirements:
- UI/UX design expertise with a solid portfolio spanning more than two years
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and responsive design concepts
- Knowledge of cross-platform compatibility, accessibility guidelines, and user-centred design
- Capacity to collaborate across functional boundaries and effectively explain design concepts
