We are a modest 18‑bed residential care facility located in the remote Blackdown Hills. Five towns—Taunton, Wellington, Chard, Honiton, and Hemyock—are just a short drive away.
Role Requirements
- The applicant must be extremely well‑organised, flexible, and capable of completing all daily tasks for a team of three carers.
- The applicant must also effectively manage this small team, communicate with the multidisciplinary team in person and over the phone, follow management’s instructions, and blend with the home’s routines, values, and vision.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably NVQ Level 3 or higher. NVQ Level 2 candidates are acceptable for the right position (compensation will reflect the qualification).
- Applicants must hold a valid UK driver’s licence and have at least two years of caregiving experience to be eligible for visa sponsorship.
