The role requires caring, compassionate support, and a flexible schedule from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the year.
Responsibilities- Assist patients after hospital discharge, providing short‑to mid‑term home care support.
- Help patients develop independent living skills.
- Travel to patients' homes and maintain a reliable schedule.
- Provide compassionate and respectful care at all times.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (or alternative transportation arrangement).
- Availability to work on a schedule of 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude.
- Ability to travel to customer sites across Wiltshire.
