We are a well-known and fast-growing independent used car dealership in Stoke-on-Trent. We are searching for a motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. Minimum Requirements (Not Up for Discussion):

  • At least two years of recent experience selling used cars in the UK (as a main dealer or an independent)
  • A history of meeting or exceeding monthly goals
  • Good performance in finance penetration
  • Knowing about HP, PCP, and subprime finance lenders
  • Experience with part-exchange appraisal and negotiation
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to work weekends on a schedule
  • A strong desire to reach goals and be self-motivated

Wantable Skills:

  • Being able to speak two languages (very helpful)

Main Duties:

  • Turn qualified leads into sales while getting the most out of financing and extras
  • Meet and exceed revenue and unit goals
  • Give an accurate value to part-exchange automobiles
  • Follow FCA rules when making sales

  • Keep track of your own pipeline and follow up on all leads
