Some of the people we help may feel alone, sick, or unclear about how to be independent. It’s not simply your job to aid with tasks. The goal is to provide comfort, stability, and real human connection. Sometimes the most significant element of the visit is not what you do. It’s how you make someone feel.

Care that is good is based on the person, not the job.
