What You’ll Do:- Create and implement backend services, distributed systems, and production-grade APIs utilising Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or comparable technologies.
- Create and deliver backend systems with scalable architectures, AI-powered tools, and APIs.
- Use frameworks like LangChain, semantic search, RAG, and fine-tuning (SFT/RL) to develop and implement LLM-based applications.
- Create data pipelines and backend logic to enable intelligent automation and real-time processing.
- Oversee infrastructure, including cloud platforms (preferably AWS + Pulumi), containerisation, relational and graph databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Focus on performance, dependability, and scalability when writing clear, effective, and maintainable code.
- Work together across product and technical teams to resolve challenging engineering problems.
- Contribute to an execution, ownership, and learning culture where quality and speed go hand in hand.
- A minimum of two years of work experience as an AI, backend, or software engineer.
- A track record of successfully developing and delivering systems that are ready for production.
- Practical knowledge of databases, cloud architecture, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Knowledge of RAG, LangChain, LLMs, or fine-tuning methods (SFT/RL).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills combined with a proactive, builder’s mindset.
- At ease in a fast-paced, early-stage setting where you assume responsibility right away.
