Summary
To join our vibrant team, we are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Specialist. Creating and executing successful social media strategies that improve our brand visibility and customer acquisition will be your main responsibility in this position. To make sure that our social media efforts complement our broader marketing goals and public relations campaigns, you will collaborate closely with other departments.
Duties
- Create and implement interesting social media content for Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads, among other sites.
- Keep an eye on social media platforms for engagement opportunities, comments, and trends.
- Work together with the marketing group to develop unified campaigns that increase traffic and brand recognition.
- Examine social media data to determine the success of campaigns and modify plans as necessary.
- Encourage community involvement by promptly responding to messages and comments.
- Keep abreast of the most recent developments in social media trends and best practices to make sure our tactics are still applicable and successful.
- During campaigns or events, plan social media outreach to support public relations initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a professional setting.
- solid knowledge of public relations concepts and how social media tactics fit within them.
- Strong written communication abilities and an acute attention to detail.
- The capacity to work both independently and cooperatively in a group setting.
- Adept in using analytics platforms and social media management tools.
- A creative attitude and the capacity to come up with original content production ideas.
- Although not required, familiarity with graphic design tools is advantageous.
