We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Sales Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day running of our petrol station. The ideal applicant will have strong leadership, exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to managing sales and operational activities. This role includes overseeing workers, managing customer relations, maximising sales performance, and maintaining seamless station operations.

Duties:

  • Supervise and manage the sales and customer service team to achieve performance targets.
  • Daily operations of the petrol station, assuring smooth running and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies for sales growth, service excellence and customer retention.
  • Answer customer questions and concerns in a professional manner to ensure a high level of service.
  • Stock level monitoring, supplier coordination and timely replenishment of gasoline and retail products.
  • Analyse sales data and create reports to find patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and coach employees to increase skills and productivity.
  • Work with management to improve business operations and meet sales targets.
