About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative with our client’s revenue team, you will be instrumental in propelling business expansion in the health technology industry. To support the sales pipeline, you will be in charge of finding and interacting with new prospects, carrying out focused outreach initiatives, and qualifying leads. This role provides the chance to develop messaging, test out outreach tactics, and offer insightful field input to guide future projects. We are looking for a proactive, cooperative team player that enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Principal Duties
- Use a range of contemporary sales tools and CRM systems to find and investigate possible leads.
- To engage prospects, create and distribute outbound emails and LinkedIn posts.
- Answer incoming questions and cultivate marketing leads in their early stages.
- Organise marketing-qualified leads’ (MQLs’) transfer to the sales team for additional interaction.
- Encourage campaign and event follow-up initiatives.
- Participate in the production of pitch decks and one-pagers, among other outbound materials.
- Work closely with other cross-functional departments and the Revenue team.
- Use AI technologies to increase efficiency, personalise outreach, and boost lead data.
- Keep your records current and correct in HubSpot and other pertinent platforms.
- Complete extra work as required to further the goals of the team.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in a prospecting job in the healthtech or SaaS industry as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or a comparable position.
- Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking, with the capacity to express ideas succinctly and clearly.
- Fluency in English, either natural or professional.
- Knowledge of or aptitude for using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, and HubSpot.
- Extremely well-organised, reliable, and able to oversee several outreach channels at once.
- Sincere enthusiasm for automation, artificial intelligence, and healthcare.
- Flexible and at ease working in a fast-paced startup setting where messaging and objectives can change.
- Open to criticism and willing to work with others in a group that prioritises ongoing development.
