Description of the Job:
To manage the day-to-day operations of our store, we are seeking a retail manager with experience and a strong track record of accomplishments. Achieving sales goals, controlling employee performance, keeping inventory levels stable, and guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience are all under the purview of the retail manager.
Principal Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, such as cash handling, merchandising, and opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee, inspire, and develop a group of sales representatives to reach and beyond sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service and properly handle grievances and criticism.
- Keep an eye on stock levels and communicate with customers and suppliers.
- To increase profitability, evaluate sales data and project future sales.
- Uphold brand requirements for visual merchandising standards.
- Verify adherence to store policies and health and safety regulations.
- Plan employee shifts and oversee payroll, timesheets, and holiday preparation.
- Implement staff development plans and conduct routine performance reviews.
- Need to go to several stores
Type of Job: Full-time
Salary: £34,000.00 to £42,000.00 annually
