We are looking for a motivated and caring Rehabilitation Assistant-Care Worker to join our vibrant multidisciplinary team at Restore7 Ltd. This position entails helping people with complicated neurological disorders regain their independence and enhance their quality of life in both their homes and communities. Under the guidance of a speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist, you will support the clients’ rehabilitation. Additionally, you will assist service users with regular tasks like walking, shopping, and personal care. Patience, a person-centred approach, and effective communication are crucial.

Principal Duties:

  • To assist in rehabilitation, collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physiotherapists.
  • Assist people with everyday living activities.
  • Promote self-reliance and involvement in activities.
  • Track and update the larger clinical team on the progress of your clients.
  • Keep thorough records in accordance with care plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a support or care capacity.
  • A considerate and deferential attitude.
  • Working a variety of shifts, including weekends, with flexibility.
  • Access to a car and a valid UK driver’s license are prerequisites.
