Position
We are seeking a business‑oriented GPhC qualified chemist with:
- Proven achievement in developing NHS services, private services and retail performance or a strong goal to demonstrate this.
- A desire in meaningful ownership of their clinical pharmacy practice in a community pharmacy enterprise.
- Strong leadership ability to inspire, encourage and grow the pharmaceutical team.
- Confidence in handling rotas, personnel priorities and day‑to‑day branch operations.
- Ability to optimise services, retail and dispensing performance yet ensuring exceptional patient care.
- Excellent communication abilities that translate patient and customer contact into tangible results via rapport, service delivery and appropriate retail sales.
10% branch share of qualifying NHS and private services, with choice over how this is allocated between Pharmacist Manager and team.
