We are a pleasant independent pharmacy, part of a group of 19 community pharmacies. Wepre Pharmacy is looking to recruit a full-time/part-time Pharmacist Independent Prescriber to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves community pharmacy, is confident offering Welsh services and prescribing-led services, and wants to make a significant difference to patients in the local area.
The pharmacy has well-established Welsh pharmacy services and prescribing-guided services currently in place. We need someone who can continue to supply these at a high standard, support the staff and provide exceptional patient care.
The Position
You will be involved in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, helping the team and ensuring that patients receive a friendly, professional and efficient service. You will also be involved in delivering Welsh pharmacy services, clinical consultations and prescribing-led services where your prescribing qualification can bring genuine value to patient care as an Independent Prescriber. The pharmacy is modern and well laid out and benefits from the use of a dispensing robot to enable the team to work quickly and free up time for patient care and clinical services.

Opening Times
- Monday 9.00 am – 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm – 6.30 pm
- Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Wednesday 9.00 am – 1.00 pm & 2.00 pm – 6.30 pm
- Friday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm & 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm
- Closed on Sunday
About You
You will be someone who takes pride in their profession and will love being part of a community pharmacy team. You should be confident in talking to patients, engaging with local healthcare providers and helping colleagues in the branch. We will continue to support and teach you to enable you to settle into the role and continue to deliver Welsh services and prescribing-led services with confidence.
