This fixed‑term secondment position is available until 31/3/2027, with visa support for suitable candidates. If you are a Hywel Dda University Health Board employee applying for this secondment, consent from your current management is required before you apply.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will work alongside and be supervised by Emotional Health Practitioners in providing interventions to children and young people.
- Deliver direct support and interventions to children and young people within the Emotional Health & Wellbeing Team.
- Link service users to additional sources of support and community activities to promote emotional and mental health.
- Provide flexible working, including weekends when required, to maintain continuity and accessibility of services.
- Participate in managerial and clinical supervision and engage in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant experience in child and adolescent mental health is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in a clinical or support role within a mental health setting is desirable.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and to adapt to flexible working schedules.
Additional Information
