Main Duties:
- Cut, trim, and clean mutton goods to meet store standards
- Prepare the chicken, including all the usual cuts
- Use a band saw safely
- Know a lot about meat joints and wholesale goods
- Keep up high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality
- Cut, trim, and clean lamb products to meet retail standards
- At the end of the shift, all machines must be cleaned
Hours of Work:
Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
