We at TNA Bros Wholesale are looking for an experienced butcher to work with us.

Main Duties:

  • Cut, trim, and clean mutton goods to meet store standards
  • Prepare the chicken, including all the usual cuts
  • Use a band saw safely
  • Know a lot about meat joints and wholesale goods
  • Keep up high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality
  • Cut, trim, and clean lamb products to meet retail standards
  • At the end of the shift, all machines must be cleaned

Hours of Work:

Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
