Location: The Beeches, UK
Hours: Full time – 40hrs each week (including sleep‑in, weekends and shifts)
Salary: £27,497 per annum + up to £700 additional compensation per month for sleep‑in shifts.
Shift Pattern: 1 day on, 2 days off rotation
Overtime Paid at time and a quarter (x1.25) after minimum 40 hours worked

Qualifications
- Experience working with children and young people in a care, education or support context (preferable)
- International experience in related jobs will be considered
- Level 3 Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or comparable abroad qualification) preferable; enrolment after probation supported
- Right to work in the UK or eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route
