A GLANCE AT THE ROLE

  • Location: The Beeches, United Kingdom
  • Work hours: 40 hours a week, including shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Pay: £27,497 annually plus an extra £700 per month for sleep-in work
  • Sleep-in Pay: Depending on the number of sleep-ins completed, up to £700 per month
  • Shift Pattern: rotation of one day on and two days off
  • After working the required 40 hours, overtime is paid at time and a quarter (x1.25).

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

  • Experience: International experience in comparable roles will be taken into full consideration; working with children and young people in a care, education, or support context is preferable.
  • Passion: A sincere, person-centred dedication to improving the lives of young people.
  • Qualification: It is preferred to have Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care or a comparable foreign qualification. Enrolment following your probationary period is required and will be completely financed by us if it isn’t already.
  • Right to Work: In order to be eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, applicants must either possess the right to work in the UK or be eligible. We will assist qualified candidates in this procedure.
  • Driving: A complete UK driving licence is preferred.
  • Method: Adaptable, resilient, upbeat, and a solid team player.
