Revival Program CIC is looking for a structured, aggressive and driven Project Manager to coordinate and deliver our youth development programmes, in-person events, outreach activities and operational projects. The selected candidate will play a significant role in supporting the growth of the organisation by managing programme timelines, establishing partnerships, overseeing event delivery and helping to establish efficient systems and processes across the CIC.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a purpose-driven company with a focus on attitude renewal, mentorship, wellbeing and youth empowerment across the UK. The role will be part time initially with a good opportunity to develop into a long term permanent leadership role as the business grows.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and supervise the implementation of formal project plans for events, projects and community initiatives
  • Organise in person and online youth development activities in Manchester and other UK cities
  • Manage timetables, scheduling, logistics and delivery operations
  • Work with facilitators, mentors, volunteers and external partners
  • Assist in community engagement, outreach efforts, and partnership development activities
  • Track project progress, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and within the set timeframes
  • Support safeguarding compliance reporting and organisational administration
  • Keep project documentation, reports and operational systems in an orderly manner
  • Attend planning meetings, networking events and periodic site visits for events
  • Support the Founder in long-term strategic growth and operational planning
Requirements
  • Experience of project management, events co-ordination, operations or programme management
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Able to successfully multi-task a variety of projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a growing team
  • Passion for youth development, mental wellbeing, community impact and self-improvement
  • Experience with project management or CRM software is preferred
  • Based in Manchester or able to attend in-person meetings/events when required
