You will have the chance to gain more experience doing a range of duties inside our top-performing locations as a Domino’s Manager in training. Everything that occurs during your shift, including cost management and client interactions, will fall under your purview.

Candidates that are selected will possess:
- A minimum of one year’s experience working in a restaurant, customer-focused QSR, or other fast-paced hospitality setting;
- Flexibility with your work schedule because weekends and evenings are when our stores are busiest;
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, especially the capacity to provide precise directions;
- Effective communication both in writing and speaking;
- High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills; a desire to succeed and a readiness to learn;
- A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and the capacity for teamwork.
- Although it is preferable, managerial experience is not required; we will help you acquire the knowledge and self-assurance you need to advance.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers on a frequent basis and providing excellent customer service;
- Taking care of payments;
- Upholding strict guidelines for food safety;
- Control of costs (food, labour);
- Dependable stock control;
- Excellent attendance and punctuality rates that are consistently maintained;
- And leading a productive and successful team.
