Job Description: Want to work in a role where you can help individuals improve their lives? Westminster Atlas provides extensive and comprehensive support to people across Westminster who are street homeless and multiply disadvantaged. The team are assertive and tenacious in their work, and keep in regular contact with clients to support them into accommodation and enhance their general well-being.
The post will be based in the Atlas ASB & Partnerships Team and will focus on hotspots and persons at risk of enforcement action. The person will be involved in developing robust risk management plans for sites and a package of support for clients at hotspots to optimise offers.
In this position you will be:
- Carrying a caseload of clients that are found in hotspots.
- Continuing to provide firm, consistent direction and support to clients.
- Working in conjunction with other Westminster service providers and the wider team on Outreach Shifts.
For this role, staff are eligible for a further 20% pay premium for hours worked between the hours of 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday and for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.
