We are searching for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Room Leader to join our lovely Baby Room team at our beautiful Anerley Park setting – perfectly placed on the Beckenham boundaries with great, simple transport links. We provide flexibility with the choice of a 4 or 5 day working week.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Full and applicable early years qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Experience: Previous experience in a childcare environment (preferably as a Room Leader or a senior practitioner ready to step up).
- Passion: A real passion for working with babies and toddlers. A joyful, creative and ‘get messy’ attitude to play.
- Abilities: Good team‑working abilities, enthusiastic can‑do attitude and the ability to use your own initiative to keep the room running well.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the Baby Room, creating a safe, caring and fun atmosphere.
- Design and facilitate interactive multi‑sensory and educational experiences appropriate for early childhood development.
- Guide, mentor and assist room practitioners and establish a team environment.
- Effectively and lovingly share everyday milestones and well‑being of children with parents.
- Offer excellent standards of care in conformity with the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
Compliance: Deliver care in accordance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
