The Function
We’re seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who lives and breathes content, recognises trends and knows how to turn interaction into enquiries and bookings. You will own the management and growth of our presence across all major platforms and support our wider digital marketing strategy.
- Manage and grow our social media channels: Meta (Facebook), Instagram, TikTok and Google platforms
- Conceptualise, generate and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, tales, adverts)
- Create viral-style material for weddings & parties and track trends
- Run and optimise paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
- Website and Content Search Engine Optimisation (On-Page & Off-Page)
- Review performance data, and offer monthly reports with insights
- Collaborate with creative team to generate high quality images & campaigns
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing campaigns
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Good knowledge of SEO (keywords, ranking, optimisation tactics)
- Content creation expertise and platform algorithms knowledge
- Creative thinker with a love of aesthetics and narrative
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Experience in the wedding / events sector a plus.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of marketing, social media or digital campaign management.
- Good knowledge of Google Adverts, Meta Adverts Platform, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok and Reddit marketing
- Experienced with marketing tools and applications (scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, ad managers)
- Deep knowledge of content generation and social media trends.
- Comfortable attending live events and making content onsite.
- Excellent communication and organising skills.
- Experience in a creative field (photography, videography or media) is a plus.
- Experience in app promotion and marketing.
