We are looking for a caring and devoted Support Worker to give people in care homes and home care settings the best care and help possible. The person who gets the job will be very important in helping customers with their everyday tasks and making sure they are comfortable, safe, and healthy. This job lets you help others in a meaningful way by giving them tailored attention and support.

Duties:- Help clients with their everyday tasks, like getting dressed, taking care of their personal hygiene, and moving around.
- Help clients get involved with their care plans to improve their health and independence.
- Give people in care homes or home care settings companionship and emotional support.
- Keep accurate records of the care you give and let the right professionals know if the client's condition changes.
- Always follow health and safety rules to make sure the area is safe.
- Help with light household chores like cooking, doing laundry, and cleaning as needed.
- When necessary, drive clients to their appointments or social events, making sure they get there safely.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Basic computer abilities for keeping records and updating care records.
- Ability to follow specific care plans that are made for each person's needs.
- To securely get clients to appointments or activities, you need to be able to drive.
- Experience working in a care facility or giving home care is a plus, but not required. Training will be given if needed.
- To talk to clients and coworkers clearly, you need to be fluent in English.
- For this job, you need to be able to understand others, be patient, and really want to help them.
