Our organisation is hiring on behalf of a well-known, CQC-registered care provider with over 24 years of experience in England offering both live-in and hourly care. Their stellar reputation and dedication to clients and carers make us happy to work with them.
In order to provide our clients with outstanding care and assistance, we are looking for motivated and caring female live-in carers who are self-assured drivers and committed to a long-term position.
THE JOB SITE
Numerous places in southern England, most of them in rural areas.
WAGE AND ADVANTAGES
- Pay: £12.82 per hour, or £25,000 annually
- Candidates who are currently in the UK and have the ability to change companies may be eligible for sponsorship.
- Free live-in housing and meals are provided, which eliminates the need for daily commute expenses and results in an annual savings of between £6,000 and £12,000 when compared to private rental.
- Private lodging usually consists of a separate bedroom and bathroom. A separate cottage or apartment inside the grounds may be available at certain settings.
- Holiday Allowance: Eight paid bank holidays and twenty days of paid annual leave that can be added to your holiday allowance or taken as leave.
DUTY
- You will work between 37.5 and 50 hours a week, with your hours being closely watched to make sure you’re following the rules. Only with previous permission are extra hours worked.
- Depending on the client, your tasks will differ, but typical ones include:
- Supporting clients with everyday living tasks like personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and general well-being is known as personal care.
- Companionship: Offering companionship and emotional support.
