We are seeking a committed Clinic Operations & Practice Manager to oversee our organisational growth and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance as we extend our clinic footprint and franchise network.
Position
You will be the backbone of our operations, bridging the gap between clinical excellence and business efficiency in our clinics. This is a great opportunity for someone with a commerce or finance background and wide expertise in the UK healthcare market.
Primary responsibilities
- Clinic Operations – Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our sites, optimising staff rotas and patient scheduling to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Franchise & Business Expansion – Oversee operational setup of additional clinic locations and manage onboarding of new franchise partners.
- Financial Management – Apply your financial skills to manage clinic budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide monthly financial reports.
- Account Management – Serve as the principal contact for corporate accounts, insurance providers and GP referral networks.
- Clinical Governance – Ensure all clinic sites are compliant with UK healthcare legislation, including Health & Safety assessments and Infection Control processes.
- Staff Leadership – Directly responsible for hiring and training of administrative and support staff to develop a culture of professional excellence.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Commerce, Accounting or any Business related discipline is highly recommended.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years experience working in a hospital setting within the UK.
- Skills: Excellent organisational skills, strong understanding of financial reporting, strong experience in operational management.
- Communication: Great English communication skills (B2 level competence is a must for this professional function).
