We are looking for skilled and caring Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team. The chosen applicant will give personalised care and support to clients, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled with respect, compassion and professionalism. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who are passionate about making a real impact in people’s lives.
Main Responsibilities- Help with washing, dressing and movement
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and housekeeping responsibilities
- Be a companion and an emotional support, while promoting independence and dignity
- Document and convey observations accurately to the care team to maintain continuity of care
- Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure high levels of care
- Professional, reliable and compassionate approach
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Previous experience in domiciliary care desirable but not needed. Full training will be provided
