Overview of the Job

To join our culinary team, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic sous chef. In order to maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, the ideal applicant will be instrumental in supporting the Head Chef with kitchen operations. Strong knowledge of culinary skills, food safety procedures, and the capacity to successfully manage and lead kitchen workers are prerequisites for this role. Duties

  • Help the head chef oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to guarantee efficient operation and excellent meal preparation.

  • Make sure that food safety laws are followed, and keep the kitchen spotless at all times.
