Principal Duties and Assignments:
- Offers IT users technical assistance
- Gives consumers advice on how to fix issues with both software and hardware.
- Installs and updates operating systems, cables, hardware, and/or relevant software.
- Makes it easier for users to access systems
- Directs more difficult or unsolvable issues to the proper IT specialists
- Examine potential fixes in technical manuals, user manuals, and other publications.
- Keeps a record of all calls received, work completed, actions performed, and issues found.
- Reports on frequently asked questions to identify underlying issues.
- As part of transformation activities, technical solutions were developed to suit business objectives while guaranteeing a smooth interface with current systems.
