Join our 2:1‑staffed, Ofsted‑registered children’s home as a Manager or Deputy Manager. This role offers visa sponsorship, competitive salary, monthly bonuses, and career progression opportunities.

Minimum of one (1) year full‑time experience as a deputy manager in an Ofsted‑registered children’s home (not 16+ provision). Provide URN number of previous home; fluency in English; driving licence preferred. Work three days a week (9 a.m. – 9 p.m.) as part of the team, plus one day for documentation and on‑call duties.

Salary & Benefits

  • First year: £30 k (UK) or $45 k (US) + £500 (or $500) monthly bonus for YP retention.
  • After first Ofsted inspection: £48 k (UK) or $48 k (US) + £800 (or $800) monthly YP retention + £2 k (or $2 k) bonus for a Good rating.
  • Total potential earnings: £60 k (UK) or $60 k (US).
