We are looking for a creative and well‑organised hotel manager to supervise and plan a variety of events, such as social gatherings, corporate events and weddings. The chosen applicant will maximise revenue through successful upselling, guarantee flawless event execution, and provide outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include:
- Organising every facet of events, from preliminary preparation to completion, ensuring that all client requirements are fulfilled.
- Overseeing and directing the front‑of‑house staff to provide outstanding hospitality standards.
- Upselling more goods and services to increase income potential.
- Overseeing logistics, décor, and event setup to guarantee seamless operations.
- Maintaining open lines of communication by coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Responding to questions from visitors in a professional manner and delivering top‑notch customer service.
- Effectively managing time to ensure that every aspect of the event goes according to plan.

- Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Proven capacity to boost income sources and upsell.
- Outstanding time management abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Preferably, prior guest service or hospitality experience.
- Capacity to operate professionally and politely under pressure.
- Experience with fundraising is beneficial but not necessary.
- A proactive, hands‑on attitude to making sure everything goes according to plan.
