Responsibilities\

- Provide high level care and support to people living in their own homes\
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming and dressing\
- Help with grocery shopping, laundry and other home chores\
- Prepare and serve meals at the correct times\
- Arrange and dispense medicines\
- Work with other health and social care providers to give the best care possible\
- Complete accurate, complete and truthful visit notes\
