We serve a wide range of places in Suffolk including Ipswich, Woodbridge, Saxmundham, Lowestoft.
Job Role
- Providing exceptional personal care to consumers in their daily activities and meeting specific needs.
- Safeguarding vulnerable people from abuse and reporting any symptoms of suspected abuse that you encounter or are informed about.
- Assisting people with their medicines to the level approved and described in their individual risk assessments and care plans.
- Preparing meals with an awareness of service user’s likes, dislikes, nutritional needs and cultural requirements, and maintaining hygiene.
- Recording details of service users, e.g., personal information, care plans, medical records, changes to health, etc. on carers’ notes.
- Using manual handling equipment correctly and safely.
- Attending training seminars and staff meetings as requested.
