Job Description

  • Take great attention to consumers’ personal requirements and daily routines.
  • Make sure that people who are vulnerable are secure from abuse, and if you see or hear about any indicators of abuse, report them.
  • Help patients take their medicine at the level of support that has been agreed upon and as outlined in their care plans and risk assessments.
  • Make meals while keeping in mind the service user’s likes and dislikes, nutritional needs, and cultural needs, as well as keeping things clean.
  • Keep records of service users, like their personal information, care plans, medical data, and any changes to their health, on carer’s notes.
  • Use manual handling tools in a safe and correct way.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as asked.

  • Being able to write good documentation.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to your own automobile (helpful).
