  • Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and incontinence management.
  • Support medication administration and maintain accurate shift records.
  • Prepare and provide meals and beverages.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to promote independence and wellbeing.
  • Apply hoist and other assistive equipment safely (as required).
  • Manage stress and adapt to changing care needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe care environment.
  • Commit to the team’s scheduled shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
