Although we provide respite care, the majority of our patients are permanent residents.

Job Responsibilities:
- To collaborate as a team to provide Littlebourne House residents with care that is respectful, dignified, and encourages their maximum level of independence.
Skills/Requirements:
- You must possess the fundamental desire to care.
- Applicants should have prior experience working in an assisted living facility for the elderly.
- Although it is preferred, NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is not required because comprehensive training will be given.
Littlebourne House is able to provide a consistent shift schedule, chances to participate in additional training, and paid indoctrination shifts collaborating with seasoned employees. For qualified applicants who are currently living in the UK, a skilled worker visa may be granted.
