In this position, you will assist the pharmacy staff in providing our community with high-quality pharmaceutical services. Medication Dispensing- Under the guidance of a qualified chemist, assist with the precise preparation, marking, and dispensing of prescriptions.
- Verify deliveries, ensure correct storage, and maintain up-to-date inventory records to control stock levels.
- Strictly abide by all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety, confidentiality standards, and best pharmacy practices.
- Process transactions, maintain accurate records, and support administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and phone enquiries.
- Ensure every dispensing area meets the pharmacy’s standards and remains tidy and well-organised.
- A dispensing qualification is preferable; if not, comprehensive training will be provided.
- Excellent precision while managing drug labels, paperwork, and prescriptions.
