Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including contract modifications, internal policies and visa sponsorship procedures.
- Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process: job descriptions, applicant screening, offers and negotiations.
- Maintain and secure critical internal tools, monitoring system stability and data alarms.
- Handle business operations such as office services, insurance, facility management and third‑party vendor coordination.
- Oversee financial administration: day‑to‑day cost management, customer invoicing, reconciliations, payroll authorisation and year‑end VAT filings.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for confidential matters and communicate clearly and empathetically.
Qualifications
- Experience in business operations or human resources within fast‑paced B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong attention to detail across contract drafting, invoicing and data management.
- Demonstrated leadership, line‑management skills and ability to unblock team members.
- Proficiency with administrative back‑end tools such as Xero and Google Admin.
- Comfortable working across multiple functional teams and in a startup setting.
