Overview of the Role: We are looking for motivated and caring female drivers to join our growing team as Care Assistants. In this job, you’ll aid clients in their own homes with important tasks that will help them stay independent and improve their quality of life.
Main Duties:
- Helping clients with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing and using the bathroom
- Helping with movement and exercise
- Giving medicine (after getting training and following rules)
- Making meals and helping with feeding when needed
- Being there for someone and giving them emotional support
- Helping with chores around the house, such cleaning and doing laundry
- Keeping an eye on and reporting changes in customers’ health or behaviour
- Keeping accurate records of care and following care plans
What you need:
- A real desire to help other people
- Great talents in talking to and getting along with others
- Able to work on your own and with others
- Honest, dependable, and polite
- The right to work in the UK
- Being willing to go through a more thorough PVG check
- Previous experience in care is very important
- It is important to have a full UK driving licence and a reliable car
- Only Female Drivers!!!
