A full-time carer opportunity has opened up to join our team. We are looking for a caring and committed individual to provide support in clients\’ own homes. Your role will be to offer personalized care and assistance, enhancing our clients’ quality of life.

Note: Candidates must already reside in the UK, as we do not currently hold overseas sponsorship licenses.

Duties

1. Help clients with daily tasks such as grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
2. Administer prescriptions as directed and monitor for adverse effects or health changes.
3. Provide emotional support and companionship to create a positive environment.
4. Assist with mobility and transportation, including appointments and moving around the home.
5. Engage clients in activities to promote mental and physical health; apply behavior management strategies when necessary.
6. Maintain detailed records of client progress and communicate effectively with management and senior staff.
7. Follow hygiene procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.

To qualify for sponsorship, employees must work 40 hours per week for six days. IELTS is required for visa eligibility.

Uniform provided free of charge. Competitive pay rates and training opportunities are available.

Applicants who can start sooner will be prioritized.
