Overview of the Job
To join our UK branch, we are looking for a Finance & Administration Officer. Strong communication abilities in both Korean and English are necessary for this position, which involves a variety of accounting and administrative duties.

Principal Duties
- Postings of daily transactions and bookkeeping in the accounting system
- Accounts Receivable management, which includes tracking past due amounts and controlling credit
- The closing and compilation of management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Preparing business tax returns and VAT returns, working with auditors and tax consultants
- Management of spending and budget, including employee expense claims
- Support for general branch administration (apart from payroll and HR)
- Frequent correspondence with the global headquarters in Korea and the European headquarters in Germany
Qualifications
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline
- Three years or more of relevant job experience, preferably in finance or accounting
- It is preferred to have knowledge of UK taxation (VAT, corporation tax).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in Korean are required for business communication.
- Qualified to work in the UK (the correct applicant may be sponsored for a visa)
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: Β£30,000 to Β£40,000 per year, depending on experience
Type of Contract: Permanent Full-Time (3β6 Month Probation)
Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (with a one-hour lunch break)
Holiday: 25 days of paid time off plus public holidays in the UK
