The job:
As the Care Home Manager, you will be in charge of the home as a whole, making sure that everyone gets high‑quality, person‑centred care and that all rules are followed. You will be in charge of the team that provides safe, effective, and compassionate care, while also making sure that strong governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement mechanisms are in place. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager and Directors to make sure that both clinical and operational standards are always high.
About you:
- Has worked as a manager in a registered care home or a similar business before
- A good awareness of the rules and standards of the Care Inspectorate
- A leader who is guided by values and can help teams grow and succeed
- A qualification that is at least SCQF Level 7 or the same level SVQ 4 in Leadership and Management in Care Services (SCQF Level 10) or a willingness to get it
