Axe Valley Home Care’s female community care assistant
Workplaces: East Devon and Exeter

- Outstanding pay rate: £12.84 per hour, with bank holiday pay rates reaching £19.26. (Long-term agreement)

Who do we want to find?
We are seeking someone to provide in-home help to our primarily female clients. We would love to speak with you if you are a person with a can-do attitude, a compassionate and trustworthy disposition, and you are seeking a position where you can help your community and truly impact people’s lives.
With a new degree of job satisfaction, we can guarantee you work based on your location and availability. As you provide care for the elderly and vulnerable in the convenience of their own homes, you will have complete, regular, and local rounds without having to drive vast distances.
What are your main duties going to be?
- Preparing meals
- Assisting others with personal care
- Administration of medication
- Laundry, housekeeping, and shopping
- Escorted excursions and company
When are you going to be at work?
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Morning and/or evening shifts are available.
Although experience is appreciated, it is not necessary because all employees receive thorough training and assistance. We have had success hiring from a variety of industries, including retail and hospitality. Kindness is what matters; skills may be transferred.
