The role supports the safe, clean, and well maintained environment of the school, serving students, staff, visitors, and community users.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily security and site inspections.
- Perform maintenance tasks and small repairs.
- Assist with porterage and event support.
- Coordinate lettings and provide customer service to visitors.
- Maintain building, grounds, and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to support a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance, caretaking, facilities, estates, building services, or engineering.
- Strong work ethic and pleasant attitude.
