We work in several parts of Suffolk, such as Ipswich, Woodbridge, Saxmundham, and Lowestoft.

Job Description:

  • Give consumers great personal care by helping them with their daily tasks and meeting their specific needs.
  • Make sure that those who are at risk of abuse are protected and report any symptoms of abuse that you see or hear about.
  • Help patients take their medicine at the level of support that was agreed upon and as described in their individual care plans and risk assessments.
  • Make meals that take into account the likes and dislikes, nutritional needs, and cultural needs of the people you serve, while also keeping things clean.
  • Write down service users' personal information, care plans, medical records, changes to their health, and other important information in the carer's notes.
  • Use manual handling tools in a safe and correct way.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions when asked.
