We are a highly regarded CQC rated supported living provider. We help and care for those with a learning disability, autism and mental health concerns. We are searching for caring and kind people looking for a satisfying job to make a difference in the lives of the people we support. Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour is an advantage.
We have on site parking and offer free DBS checks and training to all our permanent workers. We also provide a fully financed diploma for each permanent full-time personnel, career progression and professional development support. All full-time permanent staff receive a monthly Peloton workout and well-being subscription and additional birthday leave.
