About the Job
We are looking for a kind and dedicated woman to join our team as a care worker. This job needs someone who has a valid UK driving licence and their own car because you will be going to clients’ homes to give them important care and support.
Main Duties:
- Help with personal hygiene tasks like bathing, clothing, and grooming.
- Help with going to the toilet and managing incontinence.
- Give the necessary meds and keep an eye on the person’s health.
- Tell your boss or a healthcare provider about any changes in your health.
- Use the right tools to help clients move around and get about.
- Take clients to appointments or social events with you.
- Do small chores around the house, such as cleaning, doing the laundry, and cooking.
- Make sure the home is safe and comfortable.
- To help with loneliness, spend time with someone and talk to them.
- Help customers’ mental and emotional health by listening to them and encouraging them.
- Keep accurate records of the care you give and any changes in the client’s health.
- Fill out daily logs and tell your boss what you need to.
- Follow all of the company’s rules and health and safety rules.
- Go to regular training sessions and keep up with the greatest ways to care for people.
