The person in this position will be in charge of a number of digital and technology (IT) change and transformation projects for Bromley Healthcare. These projects include AI Tools, IT Infrastructure Modernisation, Cyber Security Enhancements, IT & Enterprise Service Management expansion, AV upgrades, Microsoft365 service deployment, end user computing hardware refresh, PC build modernisation, and finding and implementing new digital apps and services.

We need a Digital Programme Manager to join our team and run a digital change and transformation program. This person will also be in charge of the new, cutting-edge technology services that come out of the program so that Bromley Healthcare can use the latest technology and data to improve patient outcomes and community healthcare services.
Main Tasks of the Job:
- Take charge of all parts of IT and digital projects, program and portfolio management, which includes keeping an eye on budgets, writing reports, and making business cases.
- Take charge of managing change and getting stakeholders involved in the portfolio.
- Take care of the digital and technological roadmaps that are relevant and the plan for realising the benefits that come with them.
- Keep up, improve, and promote your expert understanding of project management and business analysis methods and processes.
- Be in charge of managing multiple complicated digital projects at the same time, usually to provide a specific product or transformation with the help of a team from other fields.
- Help BHC find and use innovative technologies and procedures.

Duties of the job:
- To be in charge of defining, documenting, and successfully completing all BHC IT and Digital initiatives, leading and advising project team members, and advising users as needed on all phases, providing hands-on delivery when needed.
- Be in charge of managing several difficult digital projects at the same time, usually with the help of a multi-disciplinary team to provide a certain product or change.
- Figure out what the business needs and turn those needs into project and operational strategies and deliverables.
- To make sure that projects and sub-projects have and keep up-to-date plans for quality, risk, and the project itself.
- Responsible for planning, organising, directing, and carrying out projects. In charge of running the project teams.
- Keeping an eye on, updating, and reporting on the timetable to BHC governance.
- Figure out, keep an eye on, and analyse all portfolio decisions, such as expenses, budgets, resource needs, and risks.
- Lead the CTO/Digital function through change effectively, taking the right steps when performance goes beyond agreed-upon limits.
- Give advice and direction on buying IT systems and negotiating supply contracts when necessary.
- Be in charge of change management, which includes holding workshops with important stakeholders, making sure that workers are involved in the change process, and making sure that communication is clear and effective.
- Work with user management to look over the suggested advantages and hazards of the new or redesigned processes.
- Find ways to make the process and documentation better so that the change and demand function is constantly working at its best.
- To handle project, program, and portfolio budgets of up to £3 million.
Requirements:
- Having a degree-level education or work experience that is equal to it.
- Prince2/PMI/APM or a similar professional accreditation, or an Agile/Scrum qualification.
Required Skills:
- Know how to use Microsoft365 and CoPilot and have used them before.
- Knowledge and experience with AI tools.
- Knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure, such as networking, data centers, and phone systems.
- Knowledge and experience with cyber security.
- Good skills in speaking, listening, writing, organising, negotiating, persuading, and giving presentations.
- Ability to work in a disciplined and systematic way, proven problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage workloads, get results, and meet deadlines while under pressure.
- Knowledge and expertise with project management software.
- Able to confidently and authoritatively explain subject matter expertise and interpret it for different audiences in clear, simple language.
- Attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to give bad news in a constructive way.
